TeleHealth Herbal Consultation
*Please read this completely and carefully before reaching out to make an appointment. Herbal prescriptions require consultation and follow up visits/ Herbal formulas are not one size fits all. Herbal prescriptions are meant to strengthen your immunity for prevention purposes or help your body be in balance so that symptoms can be reduced.
Please speak with your physician before making an appointment for a consultation. Some of the conditions that I am working with are: irregular periods, PMS/PMDD, pain conditions, stress, anxiety, difficulty sleeping, headaches, digestive conditions, allergies, bronchitis, cough/cold/flu and sinus conditions, respiratory conditions, overall fatigue and immunity.
Consultations are currently conducted as telehealth appointments via video conference. Follow up consultations are required as the use of herbal formulas should always be monitored.
Payment for herbal consultation is required before booking your appointment.

Custom formulas via the local herbal pharmacy can cost anywhere from $60-120, Please note that your formula is not put into a processing queue until you’ve paid on the pharmacy’s website. I typically dispense custom formulas in granule powder or capsules. Liquid vacuum pack and raw are also available. You will receive instructions on how to use whatever we decide on.
Capsules and Pills of common formulas are stocked in the clinic for those who visit in-person. Herbal formulas can help with a multitude of conditions including allergies, anxiety, insomnia, digestive conditions, fatigue, cold/flu like symptoms, etc. Pricing ranges from $25-35

All invoices from virtual consult that are more than 5 days late will incur a $5 charge for each day of late payment.

30-Min Phone or Online Consultation
During an herbal consultation, we’ll explore your general health history and lifestyle as they relate to your presenting condition. Based on a combination of your objectives and my recommendations, I will create an herbal formula for you in the form of tea pills or in granules/powder. Please note there is a 24 hr cancellation policy. Any late cancels or no shows require full payment.
This 30 min consultation, does not include the cost of herbs. You will receive a custom herbal formula in powder form. It is important to continue to follow up with your practitioner when you're on an herbal formula. *pricing will increase $5 in June 2024

15-Min Follow-Up
This follow up consultation is for individuals who have already completed an up-to-date intake and health history consultation. This 15-minute session is to follow up on your herbal formula. Please note there is a 24 hr cancellation policy. Any late cancels or no shows require full payment.
This does not include the cost of your custom herbal regimen. This appointment can be in-person or virtual. *pricing will increase $5 in June 2024
