Learn Facial Gua Sha, facial cupping and acupressure for the face in this online workshop. The cost of this class will include a rose quartz gua sha tool and a facial cup set. You will learn gua sha techniques to smoothen, sculpt and de-puff your face. These practices will improve your skin texture and complexion over time, not to mention relax facial muscles for conditions such as headaches, sinus pressure and jaw tension. This is an interactive class that will be held on Zoom. You will be expected to have your camera turned on so that I can see your technique and help you with it. Please download and test the application beforehand. You should arrive to class with a clean face, any facial oil, paper towels or a face towel, and a gua sha tool. A small desktop/vanity mirror could be helpful but not necessary. This is a live class. There will not be a recording.

Facial gua sha is contraindicated for those who have had recent facial surgery, botox, fillers or other injections. Please schedule a one on one session if you are pregnant.
