Facial Gua Sha Online Workshop For BIPOC and Allies
Learn Facial Gua Sha and acupressure in this online workshop. The cost of this class will include your choice of amethyst, rose quartz or agate gua sha tool. You will learn gua sha techniques to smoothen, sculpt and de-puff your face. These practices will improve your skin texture and complexion over time, not to mention relax facial muscles for conditions such as headaches, sinus pressure and jaw tension. Sign up by Sept 27 to make sure you receive your package on time. Space is limited. Shipping is free to US addresses.
$55 includes a rose quartz gua sha tool, facial oil cleanser to use in class, notes/handouts
$45 to attend the zoom class, bring your own gua sha tool and receive class notes/handouts

This is an interactive class that will be held on Zoom. It is best to have your camera turned on so that I can see your technique and help you with it. Please download and test the application beforehand. You should arrive to class with a clean face, any facial oil, paper towels or a face towel, and a gua sha tool. A small desktop/vanity mirror could be helpful but not necessary. This is a live class. There is no recording.
Gua Sha is a cultural practice. Coming to this workshop means you are expected to treat the practice as well as each other with deep respect, care and mindfulness. You will be asked to adhere to community guidelines that are meant to create a safe(r) space for marginalized identities.
Facial gua sha is contraindicated for those who have had recent facial surgery, botox, fillers or other injections. Please schedule a one on one session if you are pregnant.
